Team & Associates

Who you'd actually be working with.

Success Mpowered is a small, senior team of practitioners. Every engagement is led by a named partner. We bring in associates from our vetted faculty when the work calls for specific expertise.

Partners

Founding partners.

CG
Founder & Managing Partner

Christopher Greenwood

Christopher is Success Mpowered's founder and managing partner. He has spent over two decades working across multinational organisations and growth-stage businesses as a leadership consultant, advisor, and coach, with clients in the UK, India, and internationally.

His work sits at the intersection of leadership development and culture. He leads the firm's work with founders and CEOs, executive coaching engagements, and culture transformation partnerships, and is particularly interested in the leadership challenges of modern work: generational handovers, the pace of change, and the quiet pressures on leaders trying to do good work in those conditions.

AS
Partner

Aditi Sahai

Aditi is a partner at Success Mpowered. A qualified lawyer by background, she brings a rare combination to the firm's work: the analytical rigour of legal training, the operational discipline of running a global consultancy, and the human depth required for serious leadership and culture work.

She leads the firm's engagements across geographies and cultural contexts, and is the partner clients turn to when the work involves difficult organisational questions around fairness, inclusion, integrity, and the tricky human-and-structural dynamics that sit underneath culture.

Faculty

Senior associates, partner-matched to each engagement.

Our faculty is a small, carefully-selected network of senior practitioners. Every associate is matched to a client engagement by a partner, never sent out as an off-the-shelf trainer. The profiles below reflect the faculty shape we build to.

Coaching · UK & Europe

Senior Executive Coach

15+ years coaching at C-suite level. ICF/EMCC accredited. Background in corporate leadership before coaching. Serves coaching engagements with senior executives in UK and European contexts.

Coaching · India & Asia

Senior Executive Coach

Senior coach with strong cross-cultural fluency, working across Indian and international corporate environments. Covers coaching engagements in the region and leaders in cross-border roles.

Diagnostics

Culture & Organisational Psychology

PhD-level organisational psychologist. Brings diagnostic rigour to culture engagements: data design, measurement, and analysis, on top of experience in large-scale culture change.

Systems

Complexity & Systems Practitioner

Senior practitioner in complexity-informed leadership and systemic team coaching. Brings edge and depth to engagements where the usual frameworks don't hold.

Facilitation

Leadership Facilitator & Programme Designer

Expert facilitator of live cohort work, with experience running multi-session leadership programmes for senior audiences. The person who brings programmes to life in the room.

Industry

Sector Specialist (rotating)

Former senior executives from strategically important industries (financial services, technology, professional services), brought in for industry-specific context where engagements call for it.

Profiles reflect current faculty shape. Named associate bios published as each engagement-specific practitioner joins the public-facing team.

How we work with associates

Always partner-led. Never handed off.

Every engagement is anchored by a partner, Christopher or Aditi. Our associates join the work where their specific expertise adds most value. This is how we scale depth without compromising it: a small senior team, a vetted faculty, no junior delivery.

Join the faculty

We work with a small number of senior practitioners.

If you're experienced in leadership development, executive coaching, culture work, or organisational psychology, and interested in joining our faculty, we'd be glad to hear from you.
