A programme, not a course.

A Success Mpowered leadership programme typically runs 4 to 9 months, combining live cohort workshops, one-to-one coaching, peer groups, and structured practice between sessions. We don't deliver content and disappear. We develop people over time, in community, with accountability.

Diagnose

We start by understanding your business, your leaders, and the leadership conditions they're operating in. Assessments, stakeholder conversations, and a clear design brief.

Design

We co-design the programme with your sponsor. Cohort size, themes, cadence, and success measures are shaped to your context.

Develop

Live workshops in-person and virtual. Small-group peer coaching. One-to-one coaching for each participant. Practice assignments between sessions. Ongoing sponsor touchpoints.

Embed

Manager debriefs, team-level application, and the cultural mechanisms that make the work stick after the programme ends.
