Success Mpowered was founded on a straightforward belief: organisations succeed when their people do. And people succeed when they are led well, in cultures that bring out their best.

Origin

Why we built it.

We founded Success Mpowered because the leadership and culture work we kept encountering in the market fell into two camps: big, glossy, and generic; or small, warm, and commercially shy. Neither was what our clients needed.

What they needed was a partner with the rigour of a consultancy and the human depth of the best coaches: someone who could move seamlessly between a boardroom conversation about strategy and a genuine developmental conversation with a senior leader who was struggling.

We built the firm to be that partner.
